Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you reserve.
For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
A hold of $100 per stay will be placed on your credit card to cover incidentals.
The Ontario Airport Hotel is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of $250 will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.
The Ontario Airport Hotel only allows registered service animals. Please note that a minimum fee of $250 will be charged if non service pets are detected in guest rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your reservation less than 24hours to arrival or failing to show will result in a charge for 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method or the full reservation amount if reservation is a prepaid, non-refundable rate.Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
